     Help! I need some ideas for a good database/file manager for the
Apple ][e.  Major requirements are these:

  1) Flexibility of record format after set-up
  2) Large field size (> 256 chars if possible)
  3) 80 columns
  4) Large number of records per file (~= 750 or so), which implies:
  5) Spreading files over multiple disks
  6) Optional: Upgradable to hard disk in the future; also 
               Compatible with Quark's Word Juggler vers. 2.8
  7) Reasonable price, < $150 if at all possible.

     My hardware config is ][e w/80 cols, 128k, an Imagewriter,
and DuoDisk drives.  I can support UCSD Pascal 1.1, ProDOS and DOS 3.3.
