I need some technical info on IBM's Asynchronous Adaptor card, just enough
to write a 9600 baud terminal emulator.  As far as I can tell, there are
DOS system calls for character input and ouptut, but none for character
status.  The Tech Reference Manual that has the info costs $125!!!
