You can use the debugger to substitute space codes for the strings "CD"
and "CHDIR" in a version of command.com you intend to run with your
restricted system.  If command.com can't find a typed command in its
internal list, it looks along the defined path to find it.  The command
strings are found near the end of the command.com executable file.
