I'm currently running a PC under DOS 2.0.  I have heard some things
about 3.0 that sound attractive, like being able to execute pathnames.
Is the switch worthwhile?  What other advantages are there and what
are the disadvantages? Is the documentation any better?  Are there
are programs that run alright under 2.0 but have difficulty with 3.0?
