Request for Public Domain Financial and Data Base Software.

I have a friend who owns a TI-99 and is a Scoutmaster of a Boy Scout Troop.

He would like to keep the Scout's Advancement Records (in a Database)
and Financial Records (using some form of accounting software) on the TI-99.

He ideally would like source for programs written in TI-99 Basic
so he can customize them, but is willing to work with what he can find.

Please send me any data on:

1) Financial and Data Base Software. Both Public Domain, and Vendor supplied.

2) Any Micro BBoards that have info on the TI-99, including the phone number
and access data.

I will summarize to the net.
