My point is that people get a little tired of the same theme.  Let see here:
Rocky is retired..
Rocky gets challenged..
Rocky says no..
Rocky changes his mind and comes back to kick the **** out of the russian
in a 15 round thriller as all of the US chears him on...

ENOUGH ALREADY!!!

Star Trek  movies may be guilty to a degree too but there are enough ST fans 
to argue differently.
