Mel Gibson would be great!! but what about mad max, now that he is 
working on mad max 3.   i think Gibson would be a new style Bond not
the Connery-style that you suggest.  Gibson is 10 times sexier than
Connery and Moore combined, i can see it now -- he would be a great
spy -- too bad, though, i don't think it will happen since he's mad max.
