On the contrary,Paul McCartney was not the first man to sing a Bond theme.
Tom Jones did Thunderball.
Concerning the Roger Moore/Simon Templar/James Bond debate,in the episode
of The Saint called "Louella",Simon Templar pretended to be James Bond in
order to get some information.This was three years before his first Bond
flick.(Yes,Iknow this is irrelevant,but I kept this short anyhow)
