I would like to write to my old buddy Roger Palay at the
Univeristy of Michigan.  Does anyone know the protocol to get
a message from USENET to UofM ?

I would also like to send him instructions on how to reply so
the reverse, i.e., UofM to USENET, would also be appreciated.
