Is the link from the Arpa mailing lists for net.mail.{headers,msggroup}
bidirectional?

If not, why don't we create mod.mail and subgroups to handle the stuff?

I think now would be a good time for mod.mail just because of the progress
being made by the UUCP Project, and the expected volume of Stuff from
people becoming involved...

I might even know a volunteer to moderate the beast.
