Sunil did a good job by posting this list. I would very much like to 
have a fully compiled list with introduction of the receipients of the 
award. I have added what I knew about some of these personalities. Please
add about the others and feel free to edit the misinformation by me. I 
hope to find the details (about the others) and add in here.
