Well, this is a perfect chance for Geller to introduce some solid evidence on his behalf! Geller has bent quite a few spoons in his time, and there must be 1000 electron microscopes in the world, so there are abundant opportunities for verification. I would how many groups Geller (or his followers) have contacted in order set up appropriate experiments? As for Dr. Franklin's experiment, if the account given is accurate then it is clear there was no use of the "scientific method." In particular, there was no control spoon, ring, or needle. Considering the rampant control problems in paranormal studies, a blind experiment is indicated. Lastly, there was no suggested recipe for reproducing the experiment. I hope Geller has dissociated himself from this useless study. Tom Truscott
