Runners on first and second, manager sends runners with the pitch (hit and run), batter lines a shot right at second base. The second baseman broke towards the bag when the runners started, he spears the line drive (batter is out), steps on second (lead runner is out), and tags the runner arriving at second. I remember this from an old baseball card.
