The hands-down best book ever on relationships is *Do I Have To Give
Up Me To Be Loved By You?* by Jordan and Margaret Paul.  This book
applies not only to romantic relationships but to any other kind of
relationship, such as parent/child.  If you are having trouble with a
relationship, or even if things are going smoothly, check out this
book and see if you don't agree with me that it is in a class by
itself among self-help books.
