You have to react to the situation *as it happens*, not through a set of rehearsed behaviors. I'm sorry *you* don't think it's any help, because you are still stuck on finding some magic opening line that will make it happen instantly. My experience has been that it doesn't happen instantly or predictably. If you disagree, that's your perrogative, but please don't speak for the whole net.
