Back in high school during the "terribly painful times" when I
was usually too shy to ask girls out, I was prompted by friends
whose arguements were usually based around "what's the worst
that she could say ---- no?"

Well, I learned the hard way that no isn't the worst that can be
said.    One girl I'd been chatting to before classes for a while
said to me, when asked to go out,  

		"WHY?"

Problem was, I really didn't expect that and was so flabergasted
I couldn't think of a response.

It's good to be able to look back now and laugh at the situation.
