For those of you who've never liked calculus and even those who did,
there is this great book called
  Prof. E. M. McSquared (Various Adjectives) Calculus Primer

(I think the authors are Swann and Thompson, or some such, but ...)
Anyhow this is basically a comic book (with horrible puns, like
"My Aunt Britainnia waives the rules"), but the mathematics is also
well-done....
