Nemisis plays at about 20 kyu, with a 15 kyu version in the works. And no, I don't know how to get in contact with him. There were some mutterings from Peter Langston that he would post the winner (oog) to the net. Oog isn't as strong as Nemesis in real play, though, losing to Nemisis whenever they met.
