After many years of watching startrek, I've finally noticed a change in 
the opening credits that seems to track (so far) seasons 1,2, and 3. 

In the first season, Shatner's overvoice says 'civ-il-i-za-tion' - no emphasis
on the '..liz..' and DeForrest Kelley is not on the credits.  In season
2, Shatner says 'civ-il-I-za-tion', no credit for Kelley. And in season 3,
Kelley appears on the credits.  

Is this old news to you all or what?
