What ever happened to the all-powerful Organeans?  They only showed up 
in the series once and then dissappeared. 

If these beings were so great that they could stop a war, why did they
let all the other things go on in the Fed (problems with romulans, gorns 
(yet another 'powerful' race in that episode)).
