Actually we were wondering if the Kzinti (using large aircraft
carrier-like warships) in the SFB games were in fact the same race as those
described in Niven's books.  Has nothing to do really with the Soft
Weapon or the animated adaptation.

I would assume that Niven has given his consent to use "Kzinti" in the
game.
