This includes microspace justification. I am guessing that your printer and font settings are the problem. If your printer is one of those supported by Word you should be set up. If not, Word supports the ability for you to design your own printer definition file, which should be all you would need, although the traditionally dense Microsoft documentation may not help you much toward this end.
