RE: TARDIS takeoff sound

The full length sound of a TARDIS takeoff was used only twice;
once at the end of An Unearthly Child and (I beleive) at the start
of Carnival of Monsters.  And the version of An Unearthly Child
I saw did have the theme music at the beginning.

Has anyone else seen the original pilot for Doctor Who?  The
differences were quite interesting!  (Tease, tease!)
