Ah, yes.  This is the Tampa Bay Who-Fest, planned by one of my friends, Dan
Harris, who is also the video coordinator for the Buffalo Time Council.
I was speaking with him this past Saturday, and he told me that everyone
but Pertwee is confirmed.  Jon won't be able to make it, but Colin Baker has
been invited.  Ergo, the unofficial convention title is: "U.N.I.T. -- whether
you like it or not!"  :-)
