I've been watching AMC very closely, and collecting all the clues and
here's what I think happened to ZACK GRAYSON:

Donna goes to Zack angry and fed up with his *hit, he starts bragging
to her how he's soon to be rich while fanning the photos in front of
her, she gets even angrier and grabs a blunt instrument, hits him with
it, he falls down (appearing to be dead), she grabs the pictures and
runs..............(later)  Marion Colby comes over to either give him
money or threaten him (meanwhile he's SLOWLY coming back around from his
visit from Donna) and they start arguing and fighting she grabs
the knife and stabs him to death!!!!
