   Our 2.9bsd distribution was copied to two RK07 disks that contained bad 
sectors.  A suggestion was made that I manually -- using 'adb' -- link the bad 
blocks into the first inode...
 
   My question:  Is this about all I can do?  Have others tried a different 
approach?     {Next time I'll order "error free" disks!}
