Some prospective workstation purchasers here are agonizing over the
*choice* between Suns and Apollos.  Without wanting to fan the flames
of a general debate over relative merits or lack thereof, I would appreciate
direct mail describing any experiences that users have had with the 
maintenance service from these two companies.  Both software and hardware
comments would be nice.  Thanks in advance.
