Two years ago, Kent Fuka of Parsec posted some mods for 4.1bsd
make that caused it to search subdirectories for RCS files and
check them out if necessary.  I wonder if he or someone else has
make the same changes to 4.2bsd make.

Please respond to the net, as I'm sure others are interested.
