I doubt if you could filter it. (net.ham-radio would know) 1. Ask him to operate his equipment with all cabinets screwed on. This should prevent much of the interfering signals from leaking out of the computers. 2. Be reasonable about it. Perhaps there are times you could expect him to shut down. 3.
