The last HK hifi deck I saw was just a mitsubishi HS-700(?) with a different cover and label on it. Compare the programming buttons and the remote control and the general layout of the machin. Also the Mitsubishi was available at another store for about $400 dollars less than the HK. After telling the salesman that I thought it was just a MItsubishi, he admitted it was and wanted to give it to me for $200 less than the original price. I told him I could get the Mitsu for $200 less than he wanted to sell me the HK and walked out. eric thune Burroughs ASG San Diego, CA
