The target processor is the INTEL 80186. The development languages are to be C and 186 assemble language. We plan to develop microcode (186) using a combination of both C and assembly language. This will require both a cross-assembler, and a cross-compiler with a linker, or a C cross-compiler which generated C assemble language which can be fed directly into the cross-assembler as a separate module. There are very good reasons for wanting the C compiler to generate 186 assemble code with some comments, at least referencing line numbers of C statements, so this is important. Please send any information directly to me. Thanks. Gary McCoy
