Speaking of China, I recently bought bone china in England at less that 25% of
the price charged in the US.  Although I carried it back (service for 12 takes
a bit of room), I was told by the people who sold it to me that they could ship
it.  In fact, I have ordered extra pieces, payed by charge card, and picked them
up when passing through; I go to England about every 2-3 months.  They do not
charge UK Tax (VAT) and have given me a discount depending upon how much I
buy at a time.
