I have a program that compiles and runs on a VAX that will compile but dies
on the SUN. This program has a C main and f77 subroutines. The program dies
when the f77 routine tries to open a file. I know the subject of f77 io 
under a C main has been covered before on the net, however I didn't save
the submissions. Could anyone with the right poop on this problem please
send me some E-mail. Please don't repost old material.
