Dear Peter,

there are some new symbols. F.e. instead of PMS$GL_DEQ there are
PMS$GL_DEQ_LOC, PMS$GL_DEQ_IN and PMS$GL_DEQ_OUT. The ..._IN and
..._OUT counters are zero at our VAX. So I think you should change
the source from PMS$GL_DEQ to PMS$GL_DEQ_LOC etc.
