	Has anyone out there written or seen any C code that accesses the
	QUOTA.SYS file through ACPCONTROL?  I need to read/write/update
	the QUOTA.SYS file from a C application and find that FBIDEF.H is
	incomplete (compared to the FBIDEF modules for Bliss and Pascal).
	Any ideas or pointers would be appreciated.  Thanks.
