The SPICE Users Group is continually bombarded with requests for a 
public domain version of SPICE for the PC. Several people have 
sworn to me that they have it on good authority that such an
animal exists. I have yet to see one.
 
If you have a version of SPICE for the PC and are willing to share it
with the rest of humanity please let me know. If you have any information
on public dioman version in general please let me know.
