I was even more struck by the lack of reaction in this list, especially given the outpourings when the laserwriter fonts were first seen. SOOO: has anyone seen these putative outline fonts, or was it just the capability that was announced? If so , how do they look? Knowledgeable or ignorant comments are welcome, so long as they're controversial! Secondly, is the outline format private wi - sorry - as with PostScript, or will we be able to generate our own outline fonts (or more importantly, but - sorry - buy them from independent vendors Bob McKay
