I have 2 QMS 1200A printers (XP-12 with Adobe controller).
The local QMS rep absolutely cannot keep them working; we
have worse than 50% downtime on them over a many-month period.
I know of two other installed QMS 1200A printers that have
had virtually no problems at all.

I would like to hear from anybody who has a QMS 1200A. I would
even like to hear from anybody who knows anybody who has a QMS
1200A. How long have you had it? Does it work? Can your local
representative keep it working? How often is it down? When it
goes down, is it usually marking-engine problems or controller
problems?
