Uuxqt(1), which is responsible for handling the processing of mail and
news from remote sites, has been altered to look for remotely-requested
commands in /usr/lib/uucp/netbin instead of /bin and /usr/bin.  This
improves security and reduces clutter in /bin, since in practice the
things uuxqt runs are never run by humans.
