Here in LA we get several weeks a year of over 80 degrees but none under freezing. If you're looking for comfort, I suggest you add something about humidity %age to your criteria. 80 degrees at 90% humidity is a lot more uncomfortable than 95 degrees at 10% humidity. --Lee Gold
