I was reading an article not to long ago about the colors various
countries used when representing autos in competition. this was
standard in the 60's. I always thought Italy (ferrari) used red,
U.K (lotus,brm,etc) was green. Is the white blue combination used
for U.S cars ?. If so, is the design of the blue stripes on the white
car a standard ?. Are there always 2 wide blue stripes ?. Any info.
on this would be helpful
