More info please, is 20-23 combined city/highway or what?  Does your
LeBaron have the turbo or is it normally aspirated.  My Daytona which
has the same power train with the turbo gets a reliable 21 mpg for about
1/3 highway 2/3 city driving.  The worst I have gotten is around 19
the best about 30.
