I agree that the new inspection stickers are bad news.  Mine is presently
sitting on my dashboard.  The state decided it could save money by not printing
stickers with the month on it, using a cheap paper month insert on a yearly
generic sticker.

The question I have is:  What is the "approved" method for reattaching
the stickers that will not upset the inspectors next year?
