Yesterday (07/28), Emerson Fittipaldi of Brazil won the CART
Michigan 500.  That made me curious:  before Emmo's win, who was the
last non-US-citizen to win a CART/USAC championship race?
My guess is Teo Fabi at Phoenix in 1983.
