The scene: AF hot rock just breaking ground at an Air Force Base unaccustomed to the ways of the "Starfighter." TOWER: Air Force Three Niner Zero, report when passing five thousand feet. 104: Roger, passing five thousand. TOWER: Uh, no, I mean, when you pass five thousand. Say current altitude. 104: Ten Thousand. TOWER: Wha..? 104: Fifteen thousand... I heard the same story regarding the F-15. And after seeing the Streak Eagle take off, I well believe it.
