  How badly solanine will affect you depends on how much you get and how
sensitive you are.  If you want an idea of its ultimate potential just 
remember its close relation to nightshade ( nightshade, tomato, potato,
eggplant, & tobacco are all very closely related ).  I wish I could locate
my poisoning book to quote directly; during an earlier reading it mentioned
possible fatalities.
