Last week I could not find it to check on the spelling. It looked quite interesting and since I make all my own bread I would like a recipe. I have looked in all of the cookbooks I have and cannot find a recipe for this stuff unless it goes by another name. I don't think that there was any leavening in the "bread". The basic ingredients as I remember them (from a quick look several weeks ago) are: sprouted wheat carrots (I would guess shredded) raisins & dates molasses I am not sure whether there was any real flour or not. Any help or pointers to cook books that would have a recipe would be appreciated. Steven Sutphen ihnp4!alberta!steve
