The original recipie made twice as much--which was too big, so I halved it. Also, the original recipie called for fewer tortillas-- I found I liked it a bit less soupy. It was probably originally a "Chicken Taco Casserole", but the friend I got it from just called it: GOOP 1 pkg (1 dozen) corn tortillas 1 lb. velveeta 1 small onion, chopped 8 oz. sour cream 1 can Rotelle tomatoes (in Mexican food section--they are tomatoes and green chilies) 1 can boned white chicken Fry tortillas and tear in pieces. Melt the cheese in a microwave, then stir in tomatoes. Add the onion, sour cream and chicken. Layer tortillas and cheese mixture in a casserole dish, ending with the cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly on top. -- Sue Brezden Real World: Room 1B17 Net World: ihnp4!drutx!slb AT&T Information Systems 11900 North Pecos Westminster, Co. 80234 (303)538-3829 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Your god may be dead, but mine aren't. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
