I don't remember all the details, but Canada and California have lawsuits pending against Herbal Life. I believe the grounds are fraud. They showed one lady from Florida who was also suing because she had a cronic intestinal disorder and the Herbal Life people told her the stuff would help her. She nearly died. They also showed one of the Herbal Life seminars. After watching that I wouldn't buy it. I felt they were just out to rip us off just like all the other garbage on the market today. When are people going to realize that the only way to lose weight and be healthy is a lot of common sense and routine exercising. People can really be naive sometimes. If all these fad diet things are so good, then why are there still fat people?
