It's soft tofu, strawberries, and a banana -- in a blender. The result is great! Try adding honey, if the taste isn't sweet enough for you. Remember to use the soft tofu, since it is just right for blending into a milk-shake-like consistency. You might also add wheat-germ... or granola... or other types of fruit.
